I have tested with both : default G1000 and NXi and the bug is still present in the LS Approach and the IFR Test.

Hi, the NXi bug involves the NDB needles, not the watch out trigger, which is the issue Asobo are working on currently. They are two separate incidents.
Sorry, I did reproduce the landing but speed is not important. Altitude is the key.
Stay high (1500 feet or so) until near the approach lights, then cut power and go full flaps. Descend reasonably quickly. I got the âWatch out!â 20 seconds after touchdown and 5 seconds after a full stop.

I am doing the ILS approach module in the IFR and it keeps failing at the landing. She says âwatch outâ as soon as I touch down and then it fails but doesnât say why. Itâs a completely normal landing and everything is stabilized on approach and green for all the actual ILS steps. Itâs very strange.
i have the trouble as well as the next mission, the last. I follow the instructions and after she tells me to keep a course of 60 I no longer receive instructions, very disappointing
the G1000 is the default, i dont change nothing and this dont work

Iâve tried this a few times. At the start of the lesson you can see the lights of another plane in the distance and if you land on the far right hand side of the runway you can sometimes catch a brief glimpse of another plane landing/taking off to your left. Iâve tried to look for this plane in external view but itâs not there and Iâve also tried circling the airport for another approach but itâs still a fail.
Itâs annoying when you think youâve done something wrong but youâve actually done it all correctly!
I was so disgusted by the bugs introduced in the last update (this bug, TrackIR stopped working, etc.) that I decided to just take a month off from this sim. I came back today and saw there was a Beta release, so I downloaded it and⊠the âWATCH OUT!â issue with the ILS approach tutorial is still present in the beta.
Iâm curious if anyone, anywhere, under any circumstances, has ever managed to complete the ILS Approach lesson. If not: HTH did it ever get released? And why is it not fixed in the beta yet? What the heck is going on over at Asobo/Microsoft?
Made probably the smoothest landing I ever did, but she will say âWATCH OUTâ. Reminds me of my wife, whatever I do is always wrong in the end.
Kidding aside, thatâs a bug.

I have the exact same issue as reported by others. Perfect execution, but at the moment of touching down on the runway I get âWatch outâ and the lesson fails. I am using stock G1000 as far as I know, since I havenât changed anything after installing the software on my computer. Oh well, so much for completing my ILS training.
You just gone too far by arguing on âwhatâs smooth landing isâ was out off subject. Your point on hidden spot we have to touch is a good one but why guys like you always come in a discussion without knowing what they talking about really. You havenât tried this mission before soâŠ
On Xbox with Xbox controller I also couldnât complete the IFR Test. Right after the flow turn rust the instructor asks to increase speed to 110. Despite nailing 110 on the ticker (and flying for miles waiting) the checkpoint never hits.
I had the same issue and itâs just a bad timing from instructor to look at your throttle. Just wave it a bit to have a green on that step heâs waiting.
Iâm on PC but I guess itâs the same issue for you.
yes this is definitely a bug on XBOX as well! I did this like 5 times each more perfect landing than the last and they all fail immediately upon touchdown lol
The training mission right after this one seems bugged as well but i donât have the patience to try it over and over⊠(not that i would mind playtesting this for FREE, if they would just fix things we find =)
You are so on the point. No one at Asobo seems to test what they do. Thereâs few bugs, many I would say, last from one year on interesting features and options may be not enough people complains. So they donât even know that appends.

Brief description of the issue:
The Course Deviation Indicator wont move in the tutorial mission. Seems like its glued to the right.
The mission also doesnt start on VOR1 like you can see. Not a big deal for most of you guys, but you can imagine how long it would take for a beginner like me to figure out, how to switch to VOR1, since it doesnt even get mentioned once in the flight school or tutorial.
There are also problems with the following NDB-mission, where youve to manually enable the bearing in the PFD menu.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, in the IFR Test, there is a bug with the Working Title G1000 where the CDI does not show correctly when in GPS mode. I removed the WT mod and now it shows correctly.
I canât even complete the IFR Test with the default G1000. I never installed the G1000 NXi.
I first got stuck at 5000 feet, heading at speed of 110 knots. There were no more verbal instructions and I was constantly flying at 5000 feet, heading at speed of 110 knots forever.
I restarted it again and this time I got stuck at flying 3500 feet, at a speed of 110 knots, heading 225 degrees. Again, there were no more verbal instructions.
Oh well, guess we got to wait for a fix in SU8, as FSAcademy mentioned.

I see from the video that you are using a mod G1000, which is incomplete and incompatible currently.
Please revert to the default equipment to ensure proper needle functionality, as discussed earlier in the thread.
