On an IFR flight in msfs-2020, the ILS systems used to activate on final approach. Nothing happens in msfs-2024. The Approach button on the AP doesn’t work and the tower doesn’t give altitude commands for landing. I have been using both the external and internal flight planners with no problem. Is there a tutorial or video for this? Thanks.

I don’t think the NAV1 radio automatically tunes to the ILS frequency when you select the approach like it did in 2020. I’ve had to tune it manually and then made a successful ILS landing.
Check yours and see if that’s the problem.
It was never automatic in 2020 you had to hit enter on the frequency (I think it was enter) or some other button I can’t remember. However, yea in 2024 I’ve had to manually enter it into the nav com for it to work.
