I'm giving up!

An interesting thing to note, we have not banned negative posts/posts that criticise the sim. Instead, we have simply asked that they be constructive. Something that I explained yesterday (see the post).

If you take this portion of the OPs post:

I am left with some questions. Mainly, what about the flight pushed you to drop MSFS? Was it:

  • The aircraft
  • The weather
  • ATC
  • AI Traffic
  • a CTD

The post doesn’t tell us. The reason it is considered non-constructive is that it seeks to complain but not provide any context that could help users (or developers) reproduce, document and fix the error.

OP - This post is not meant to be an attack on you, and I apologise if it is taken that way. My intent is to show why constructive criticism is so important, and why we are starting to crack down on threads that complain without providing useful feedback.

Criticism is important, it provides an opportunity to learn and improve., and to the extent that criticism often makes people feel bad, criticism feels negative, but when crafted well, it isn’t.

@Bruno8050 I hope you come back and try the sim in a year. Until then I wish you happiness in any game you choose to play and outside of games as well.

If you have the time, please leave more bespoke feedback about your experience in #self-service:bugs-issues or on Zendesk so someone can try to reproduce the error/s you had last night.

Because this thread is non-constructive and does not seem to be turning around, thread locked.
