ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: When you start a flight at a parking spot other than a gate, the ATC ground service option to request passenger boarding does not exist and breaks the workflow of loading the aircraft immediately via the EFB, resulting in no passengers or cargo loaded into the aircraft.
This is also apparent in career missions such as VIP charters, even though boarding is requested via the mission flow and not directly via the ATC panel, and is particularly an issue with 3rd party aircraft with custom EFB’s that sync with the MSFS EFB such as the Phenom.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Any time an aircraft is loaded in a parking spot that does not have a gate. I have tested small parking spots. EDIT: I tested medium parking spots and these seem to work, so the issue seems to only apply to small parking spots.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Load an aircraft into a small parking spot at any airport.

Use the Mass and balance page of the MSFS EFB to populate passengers.

Click “LOAD AIRCRAFT” and choose the option “SAVE CONFIG AND OPEN ATC PANEL”.

Tune to ground and request ground services. You will likely see “Request fuel supply”, but no option to request passenger boarding.

With the option to request passengers unavailable, return to the Mass and balance page of the tablet, click “LOAD AIRCRAFT”, then select “LOAD IMMEDIATELY”.

You will see the aircraft does not get loaded, and the message “This is a preview of your aircraft seats…” still appears in the EFB.
