on the aircraft.cfg I edited these lines:

• ui_certified_ceiling = 21000 ; (in ft, according to my research)
• ui_max_range = 912 ; (in nm, according to my research)
• ui_autonomy = 6 ; (in hours, me just guessing)
• ui_fuel_burn_rate = … ; (no clue, just guessing, too)
  => they complete the missing information on the aircraft choice screen

on the engines.cfg I edited these lines:

• max_rated_hp = 450.00000 ; Max rated HP
  => this powers down the engines to the real level of 450 hp instead of 600 hp as stated above

This version uses the uprated engines so will remain at the current setting. Originally it did come with the 450 and we MIGHT do a version with that.

Yes I think you’re right. Will double check with our Flight Engineer. Ahh actually looks like you’ve found a typo from the ORIGINAL FSX release that was never caught Bravo sir.

and last not least I edited these lines on the cameras.cfg

• eyepoint = -3.50, -0.50, 2.00 ; Longitudinal, Lateral, Vertical (feet) (might need a little more tweaking)
  => to set the main cockpit view a little higher and a bunch backwards - so you find yourself in the cockpit, not outside of it. The quickview to the left and right work from here, too.

I’ve had a few people have this issue so thought I’d double check our values against the 3D model

I think this is only an interim solution until water handling, prop wash and the model itself gets its next update. I sincerly hope this does not anger the creators, its just I LOVE this plane and want to fly this beauty.

This way you can turn once you got some kts on, 2-3kts works best for me. You can not turn it on a standstill, but hey you can turn.

I’m going to add this until we get an official fix from Asobo for the Differential Thrust issue.

Hey folks, just a quick heads up letting you know that the Radio Stack will FINALLY be fully OP except the ADF (until I code it)

I do not mean to bother you, Wookiee, really. But this passage here “will … be fully OP” does this mean tonight or will we have to #FlyTheDamnPlane without radio even until - let’s say … tomorrow!!!

(… and will the Nav OBS work then, too?)
(… and how about that lower gauge next to the radio stack - that compass rose kind of thing?)

One thing to check is you are not loading by default in the landing camera.

Hello Oz…Thank you so much for this old lady…I love the sound. I had two hang ups that you may be aware of. 1. The engine woould suddenly cut off when in the climbe or when I thought i had stable level flight running. 2. I had an overstressed crash when all I was doing was a 20 degree banked turn to port over Hong Kong. At the time I was using Open Track. I have experienced similar engine cut outs and over stress with the Wings 42 Bleriot. Not sure if its a program glitch or my pilot error. Thought you might like to know though. Smiles

Change it to wide angle and see what happens.

You might be defaulting to the landing camera which in some planes is fine but in others is set too far forward for normal flight.
