Insert Game Disk message (20-Feb-2025)

Anyone else have same issue with 2020? (day before yesterday all was OK, didn’t fly yesterday, but just now it tells me to insert the game disk… sigh..)

Same here. Loaded FS yesterday afternoon, worked fine.

Reinforces my decision to forgo '24.

It’s not your problem, is just a Ms servers problem, it happened to me two year ago

no PC changes from my end today. Game worked fine yesterday. Today game wont start:

Now I can update AIRAC in MSFS 2020 while flying in MSFS 2024 beta :smiley:

Finland, not using vpn.
You wouldn’t see this topic if this wasn’t wide problem here, please correct this at your end.

Same here…

As per usual,this is a server error of some sort!!!
Big Shock.
Instead of downloading the new airac ,it gives us the disk nonsense!
Never ever seen this before.
Everything else yeah,so you might want to get on it.

VPN off, all updates current. ( I did have to update the Xbox app.)

Restarted, still get the dialog box.

just tried the steps (MS account, etc) suggested. no luck with the game starting…

UK, no VPN, and I’ve followed all of the troubleshooting tips to no avail.

Was playing last night, did nothing else to my system, booted up today and I’m getting this message.
