New Windows, new MSFS install, Sim Update VI preview crashes my PC when entering flight
load XBox insider hub / Previews / JOINED - “The Microsoft Flight Simulator - Sim Update VI preview” ’ / want to leave: MANAGE / click “LEAVE PREVIEW” / XBox insider hub EXITS / chk XBox insider hub / JOINED STILL THERE
Sim Update VI preview crashes on my PC / I really want to install the NON Preview version
Solution below.
Press “start” and select settings
Select system
Scroll down to the bottom and select “about”
Scroll down and click advanced system settings
Select advanced tab and under performance click settings
Select visual effects tab and check box below “custom”
x Animate controls and elements inside window
Click Apply > Ok
Run xbox insider hub app and leave preview.
