After purchasing, I downloaded the flight simulator app from the Microsoft Store and launched it. After the “Set Your Experience” window it checked for updates. It came back with around 92GB. I hit update to the folder/file location suggested. Around 20GB in I accidentally closed the Microsoft Store and the updates stopped. When I re-start the program, it checks for updates and says there is around 73GB to go. I hit update (same suggested folder) but nothing happens. It says “please wait…” for hours and hours but it never starts downloading / installing again. Any suggestions?
I am having the same issue. Made sure i was running in admin mode but no difference. Does the store bought version come with DVDs? I worry my internet connection may be too slow. I purchased the Premium edition. It is a huge download. I7 CPU/ 32G memory. GTX 1080 Ti. I installed on a solid state drive with 383G free. HELP, please
