After being inspired by the fix forthe CTRL-C issue in the latest SU4, I used my investigation skills with the precious help of Claude.ai to create this simple mod. It work perfectly for me. no popup Sorry can’t get rid of the bip for now, i’ll try maybe eventually. It work for my quest3 using link over USB. i’m not a programmer but Claude.ai is very good at it and guided me very well. took maybe 2-3 hours total, my conclusion is that I hate HTML, easier to fly.
apparently, it can’t be distributed as a mod. need to replace notifications.html directly in the installation folder.
*** Updated v2 DeelLav simplified it and I think he will be able to convert it into a mod to be put directly in the community folder ***
- locate your installation folder. My installation folder is C:\XboxGames\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Content\Packages\fs-base-ui\html_ui\global.
- make a backup of notifications.html
- replace it with the one from the download
- try it.
- if it doesn’t work, revert to the backup.
