Is anyone able to undock windows without a FPS impact?

No, there are more people reporting this:

Undocking ATC with VSync HALVES fps (?)

I have to use vsync couse i hate tearing. And i do not have a gsync monitor. If you undock the ATC, the FPS are halved. Why? Is there a fix for this?
