Is anyone else going to fall for this again?

That’s the key, not to lose sight of everything we have received for just $60 - $120.

Ignoring the unrealistic demands for perfection, the justifiable criticisms are of aircraft handling and ground physics, which now better than they were at release, are in some ways still worse than they were in FSX.

Additionally, regressions such as live weather inaccuracies, missing lightning after previously too much, lack of turbulence after weird mechanical motion (whipsaw), the extra ground friction that appears when raining, reduced number of objects and detail despite maintaining same LOD value, terrain tile popping/morphing that has now spread to more parts of the MSFS globe despite being raised as a problem over a year ago are all complaints that are currently causing a less enjoyable experience than we had before.

IMO, addressing these issues are the items Asobo need to prioritise. There’s so much to like about this sim, yet these backward steps make it hard for people to trust the ‘it will all be better in MSFS2024’ marketing.
