Definitely a bug and the kids are driving me crazy. I thought the old ATC was bad but this bug is really bad.
Same here earlier today, but after a while it switched back to azure atc.

Just adding my voice (no pun intended) to this thread. Had the same issue today. Those voices are now just creepy!

In my case, this happen and I see I was OFFline, and only could go ONLINE after turning Multiplayer ON on data menu. Voices are back to normal after I am online
