my Marketplace ist greyed out. One hour ago it worked, but not now. I checked if I nedd to do an update or something but I have the lastest version. Is your Marketplace also greyed out?
Try logging out of your x-box account and logging back in.

If that doesn’t help load up the sim, go to Settings > General > Data and reset the connection by turning off Online Functionality, then saving, then turning it back on, then saving again, then restarting the sim.
