Hey all…How often does MSFS team respond here? Just Mods here?..us Members?.. is there ever an actual ranked employee/Developer or CEO spokesman of MSFS here…My apologies if I over looked..
Community managers are the only ones who are direct employees of Microsoft who will post at times. Mods are just volunteers recruited to keep things running smoothly. They have no insider knowledge that we don’t know publicly.

The Community Management team (myself, @Jummivana, and @iinKWest) read every post written on the forums and routinely respond directly to players when we have information to share. You can easily identify posts from our team because they are highlighted in blue (like this post!). There’s also a forum shortcut to see all posts written by one of the CMs. See the screenshot below for how to find it:
