Latest update Track IR issues?

Since latest patch if you “pause” track IR it disables track IR in the sim, and snaps the view back to pilot view and center. I actually USED the feature of being able to “pause” trackIR at a certain angle or view so I could circle a certain object/POI, or configure radios/gps (since we lack the ability to pop this stuff out into it’s own windows STILL). Does someone know how to fix this to get old behavior back? I can’t figure out how they manage to break perfectly working features with every …
