Just pop it out and you can make it any size you like and put it anywhere on the screen
Or on anoither screen if you have one
I mean it’s pretty flexible
you can hide it by ‘switching it off’ at the tiny little switch on the top right. Quite hard to find with the mouse and the bulky thing attached to the window still remains.
Can’t do this in VR either which is also annoying
same here. It’s very annoying when you try to look for airports and can only see 2/3 lines at the same time, while they update.
It happens also with the replay tool. Select the options and you cannot even get out of it and need to restart the sim to get access again.

• Yes. Always : only 4 menu interactions are possible with ATC. it was much better on FS2020 with 10 interactions displayed.

• Other problem : since FS2020 these windows when external : FREEZE all input commands when the mouse cursor fly on these external windows.
2nd problem : not well memorised on : only coordinates X,Y,not lenght nor High. ( Windows position behavior was always a problem with MS : too complicated way of memorization instead of simple X,Y, L,H coordinates… and stream method lead to forgotten windows and always having to replace them every time, every day, manually, 2000 x per day… )

On Xbox series X I cannot see the reply options in the ATC window - only the first line (1:). I cannot scroll to see the other replies. Quitting and restarting the sim does not solve the problem. Flying the A321 aircraft
It is absolutey insane that Microsoft, a company that has been using the WIMP GUI for 40 years now, has a product that features such a poor window implementation. And gets 0 attention.
Did you notice this issue has been bug-logged? In all fairness it has received attention.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
On MSFS 2024, in free-flight, the ATC window never scrolls to the bottom when there is a new message, regardless if it`s an ATC message, from another aircraft or one of my own replies. It always stays a few message above the newest massge, leaving it invisible
When I scroll down manually I can read the last message. When a new message apperars, it refreshes but doesn’ t scroll, so the new mesage is out of the frame. It starts scrolling again, after a few messages but it always stays a few messages above the last message.
Im not sure if other game modes are affected, since i dont ude career mode or other modes

Yes, removing all community add-ons didn`t change the behaviour.

Every time in free flight.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Start free flight, open ATC Communication Window.
- Wait for the first message to appear. when the number of messages exceeds the hight of the window, the messages don`t start to scroll up, the last message stays out of the frame.
- When more messages appear, the messages in the windows are scrolled up, but the last visible massage is always a few message before/above the newest message.

there has been issues since 2020… they don’t even seem to tinker with potential fixes. I am sure they are aware of most of the common problems with this game… doesn’t mean they put any resources toward it.
I have this, just bought the game, no mods.

At last. Took quite same time to get there
just a reminder to please fix the ATC window on Xbox.
Thank you, ATC is broken without the ability to resize.
This still occurs in SU3, so I won’t report it there, but it has a number of issues.
- It doesn’t remember the location the window was left in last session.
- Although you can resize the window vertically now you cannot resize it horizontally.
- Although you can resize it vertically, it doesn’t adjust the height of the selections at the bottom, meaning no matter how big you make the box, you won’t see all choices at the bottom.
- The menu box doesn’t line up with the rest of the window, being a few pixels smaller either side. I was about to screen shot that when I heard the sim crash in the background as I was typing so now I have a CTD to report.

It amazes me. This is such an imporatant issue and they have not fixed it yet - in years, since MSFS 2020! Surely this should be a priority?
