On su2 beta 1.4.7.10

Fixed an issue where the weather data on the worldmap cards was inconsistent with other data shown in the game

Shows as fixed, it does not seem to be.

This is clear weather preset. Weather shows wrong, and wrong runway is selected. When the aircraft is fully on the runway ready to fly, the weather is clear and it is on the proper runway, but prior to that is all wrong.

Also related to Aircraft pre-positions at wrong end of the Runway; this behavior happens also (assume that the default runway selected by msfs when choosing kptk departure is 9R. change it to 27L. line up animations, etc. still show 9R. plane ultimately does line up on 27L).

2. Select plane.
3. Select kptk
4. On my pc is always selects 9R regardless of which was the wind is blowing. It typically indicates Live Weather, not the preset weather. See screenshot below.

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:

1. Load the sim with Live Weather, check the weather card values on the world map, it matches the Live Weather conditions
2. go to flight conditions and change to a preset (can be clear sky for example)
3. go back to the world map, weather card values have not changed, still showing the Live Weather conditions. Nevertheless, cloud coverage is respecting the settings defined in Flight Conditions
   Maybe that issue impact the choice of ATC on assigning the runway based on the wind if still considering Live Weather data and not the preset one ?

In one of my first flights on the new beta with live weather, the aircraft, etc were showing eastward wind, I asked (default) ATC to land and it told me to land on an eastward runway. Upon landing, the windsock was showing a westward wind.
