Brief description of the issue:
whenever I open the ATC window eg to check the latest ATC transmission then the ATC transcript starts at the top, i.e. I have to scroll down to see the last transmission. Some SUs ago it was always showing straight away the last transmission; minor issue though

PC specs and peripheral set up:
i5 10600k with RTX3060 and 32GB 3200 RAM if that makes a difference
