I uninstalled all mods before updating today’s patch. buttons were and are still greyed out.

Is the Tour of Japan box on the main page still greyed out though? I think the fix he posted was for that. Whatever’s gone south for us I think is a separate issue beyond what he posted.

You can also try:

  • Remove all Community content
  • Remove and reinstall the game
  • Reinstall windows
  • Sale your computer and buy new one
  • Change wife
  • Change work
  • Change planet
  • Or just reborn
    but…

it’s definitely not on your side problem.

Already tried (unsuccessfully) in attempt to fix the marketplace:
1-Reboot the PC
2-Start sim with emptied community
3-Uninstall Rex Weather force and restart sim yet again
4-Log out and back in from inside sim
5-Change servers inside the sim
6-All of the above using a VPN
7-Disabling all functions of Norton Antivirus and Firewall
7-Repair Xbox App in Windows Add/Remove Programs
8-Reset Xbox App in the same location in Windows
NONE of the above seem to have fixed the marketplace grayed out. It’s NOT the Japan tour grayed out because it depends on a specific aircraft that it is based on, the problem is with the entire marketplace items. Premium Deluxe version.

I saw this same scenario. bugged japan marketplace after patch. restarted sim and everything was greyed out but japen was correctly visible that time.

Done re upvoting, the Community Manager’s aware and relaying some info too; have submitted a ticket to Zendesk as well.

Only items already purchased are available!

Perhaps toggle all on ? In the marketplace i mean

I found that the update had turned off the On Line Functionality … Once back on market was available and downloaded Japan content

Glad you got it sorted, but my data connection settings seem okay.

Same issue here, all of marketplace inactive. I’ve:

-reinstalled sim
-uninstalled then reinstalled king air
-signed out then in of microsoft store, xbox live
-submitted ticket to zendesk

Same here marketplace greyed out, cannot change server as my server list just says automatic, no live weather either

So there are two problems going on.

Unable to buy/download items in Marketplace - No current fix.

Marketplace Completely grayed out in main menu. Per @WeGone103 its possible your data was turned off by the patch. Go into options, general, data, and ensure your data is turned back on. That will hopefully fix the entire marketplace being unavailable

Is your server stuck in automatic ? … is everything online in your settings ( data )

Tried all servers available and no online reset everything set to online.

I’m not sure what we can do now at this end with regards to the unclickable buy and download buttons. I was hoping that it might have been a corrupted file or something, but ReverseBarley10 has done a reinstall and still getting the same problem. So can we assume that it’s an issue at their end with the Marketplace?
