Noticed that the gates were now missing since the sim update. Have started communications with Jet Stream regarding it. Hope to hear something back soon.
I think they announced a round of updates for all their products post SU5 in their forum. I’m waiting as well.

I have this every now and then on airports. It is not consistent though, in that the jetways can fail to load and then on my next flight from that airport they are there again, only to be gone again a few flights later. Personally I think this is an Asobo bug… there is a race somewhere in content-loading, but either way as a workaround try reloading the flight if possible.

I’m missing jetways and airport terminal buildings at the default KATL, KPHX, KMIA and KSBP airports.

It’s an Asobo bug after SU5. I have the same random bug at many airports.
