Will we also get the A300B4-200F freighter version?
Hm sometimes Just Flight makes a freighter version like for their BAe… sometimes not. Maybe there will be a freighter? Let´s hope so
"
The study-level A300B4 Professional will include highly detailed exterior models with a choice of CF6 or JT9D engines, Cargo and Passenger configurations…"
I got me a Flight Manual of the A300B4-200 and am already reading through it.
Share it with us? . I’m really looking forward to this plane. Just Flight + classic jet will be amazing.
I remember using the INS in the FSLabs Concorde and it was quite the pain. However, I didnt use simbrief flightplans back then. I’m looking somewhat foreward to having my flight plan up my lap and punching in those waypoint coordinates, striping them off as we pass.
Of course:
Is this the MOST exciting time ever an aviation enthusiast can live in?
Probably it is.
Is there any knowledge about release time? Before or after Fokker 100?
It’ll be after the F100, sometime in the middle of next year.

In case you miss it, we’ve shared updates on all our in-development aircraft, including some new previews of the A300B4 and information on how development is progressing.

It’s been a whilst since we showed off our A300B4 as we’ve been busy working on the interior and exterior artwork, as well as the huge amount of systems coding. We’ve just posted the first in a series of In Development previews that will give you a tour of the cockpit: Just Flight - A300B4 Professional
Worth noting that these are screenshots taken in MSFS, not renders. Whilst we are using mid-level computers, we will still optimise the final texture resolution for performance and offer different options to suit your own hardware.

Beautiful. Just Flight never disappoint.
I bet it will be released earlier than the Avro RJ.
Absolutely beautiful once again Martyn!
I hate to ask but.. any news on the RJ release? I’ve been expected it ‘any moment’ now for the past two weeks based on gutfeeling, fueled only by wishful thinking but yeah, you guys being perfectionists and all… a rough estimate would be much appreciated if its no trouble.
We are aiming for an August release for the RJ, with the A300B4 to follow at the end of the year.

Are there 2 versions? Ins and fmc? I hope we can operate it without ins
Yes, that’s the plan, the option of the INS or UNS-1 FMS.

And VOR, correct? Will the differences between the inertial equipped and the non inertial be simulated? Specifically the automatic initiation of the vertical and directional gyros when power is established on non inertial jets, as opposed to the manual initiation of the inertial platforms being initialized on the inertial equipped jets.
@Benismobil Yes of course the basic navigation systems will be present and accurate. The plan to begin with is to simulate the aircraft with the Inertial Navigation System present. We will certainly look at simulating different option such as the heading and attitude sensor (H.A.S)
