I don’t know a lot about the F28 series ( I spent a lot of time in the back of a F50 ) but I am somewhat interested, it’ll make a change from the 146 even if it looks like you can’t be quite as daft with it.

Like with our 146, we might include the option to enable an FMS for those that want to navigate that way.

Any news on this plane? at a young age I was able to sit in the jumpseat during a landing at CYVR I read off the pre landing checks! I can still see the flightdeck and runway lights everytime I think of that moment!

Development is progressing very well and we’ll be posting a new In Development update very soon.
Beta testing has been in progress for a few months now, the artwork (models, textures etc) is all finished and many of the systems are now coded - electrical, fuel, hydraulic, air-conditioning etc.
Aiming for a Q2 release.

Has there been a release date for this? Seems really quiet.
According to JustFlight’s facebook, they are aiming for release in May. I guess the key word there is “aiming”, and didn’t feel definite.

This one has been hung over our heads for so long, I’ve actually just generally lost interest.
So many other cool planes have released since I’m just not as excited for the F28 any longer.
I’ll keep my eye on it though …

In contrary to some other developers Just Flight deliver a descent manual. That’s always worth the wait.

I’d rather wait a bit longer for a finished product. Not too much interesting and really good stuff coming out in the recent times. This thing is still pretty interesting so i can wait.
Yep – I’m getting that feeling too. And not just the re. F28.
But Just Flight have dangled other carrots too in the past year or so, including:
~ 747 classic;
~ A300;
~ Panavia Tornado.
All these have also gone v quiet for since some time now.
As well as ‘imminent’ updates for: Hawk; BAe146

The “Avro update” is the one I am anticipating the most. I hope it still comes out this year. I really dislike the silence of JF about any progress.
