It seems that in the new airport paying airport, the framerates decreases when coming from or to the airport (in the transition to the normal game)
Did you experience the same thing ?

Yes exactly ! 
I haven’t tried it yet but I would expect framerate drops to be pretty common for any add-on scenery to be honest. Some developers will do a better job of limiting performance impact than others but in my experience you’re generally not going to have the same performance at a hand crafted add-on airport as you will an autogen airport. How bad of a framerate drop are you experiencing with Kiev?
Yes I totally agree with you, i’m not really able to measure it in FPS but really, it is like you have the plane ad then, a little lag and then it moved a little and then once again a little lag and the plane moves a litlle…
Now it seems to work correctly after re launching the game, maybe it was a problem of cache…
Subject closed even if I don’t understand why it didn’t work well at the begining. ^^’
