My Community folder is not empty and in the Content manager I have the label “not installed” for addons in this folder. These addons are then useless.
This problem was appearing after the uninstallation of a third-party scenery: I had to stop the additional cleaning of iobit uninstaller and after that it was not possible to run MSFS. I tried a repair in the app panel of the simulator and it was OK again excepted for the Community folder which is now unavailable.
