I am getting fed up with OrbX. Their sceneries cause nothing but issues latley!!
Please Asobo, do something, refund me or just test it and fix it please. It is still causing CTD’s
I bought this airfield today and also experienced CTDs when trying to fly from it or fly near it. Found this thread whilst googling and also found some other threads about the problem.
There’s a conflict with the Orbx Tacoma Narrows scenery (and potentially others), where the scenery devs used a default folder name ‘mymaterials’ in the MaterialLibs folder which seems to cause the sim to crash. There’s a self-fix posted on the orbx forum thread about this issue: https://orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/203357-tacoma-narrows-ctd/?do=findComment&comment=1743926 basically rename the folder in question and then edit the layouts.json file so the files all point to the new folder name. Bit of a pain but until this can be fixed it’s the only way for now (or just remove one of the conflicting sceneries if you don’t like manually editing files I guess.)
I’ve contacted the LFOU devs about the problem and Nick on the Orbx forum said there will be a fix, but dunno how long that will take.

It ist not exactly clear, who’ fault this is, Orbx’s or Azurpolys or Asobos.
