For those in the US, have you received a shipping notice? I haven’t (been checking spam) just wondering who the shipper is, and if anyone has seen any type of notification re: shipping.

I am very upset. Others that ordered the Steelbox have already received their product, but those of us INSIDE the United States will not be able to receive our copy ON the release date. Especially frustrating when the order page specifically states “PRE-ORDER NOW EXCLUSIVELY AT AEROSOFT | Delivery start: November 19, 2024”
Very frustrating that those of us who spent the most are unable to experience FS2024 on launch day.

I have also preordered the limited collectors edition from Aerosoft inside the USA and have not received any shipping notifications. I am not hopeful for tomorrow

It is simply unacceptable. We paid over $300 I supported this and we should have had it early if anything. We put the most money out and this is what we get a short end of the stick. We also paid over $40 in shipping so what is the excuse, aerosoft and Microsoft both screwed up they charged my card at the beginning of September on the very first release of this so I pay for this product 2 months ago in full. It has not shipped yet it doesn’t even show it process just that I paid for it
So if they’re planning to ship them out tomorrow and it’s not overnight early morning delivery I expect my shipping reimburse and money off the product had to get to me Swift.
I’ll tell you what they they can look for to this nobody’s going to in this household is ever going to get a special collector edition through Microsoft or the Xbox ever again because they can’t be trusted to deliver responsibly and plan it out responsibly

I agree, I was looking forward to playing tomorrow but i haven’t even received a notification that my order has been processed and I ordered it on the 19th of September. I hope that if we do not receive it tomorrow Aerosoft does something to make up for it.

Interesting. It looks like we’re just as delayed as Europe, even though Aerosoft promised U.S. customers packages wouldn’t be delayed.
Didn’t I read somewhere that these packages would be shipped starting 10 days prior. I didn’t expect to receive it 10 days prior, but I absolutely expected to receive it by the 19th.
Can Aerosoft do anything correctly?

Well lol I’m now glad I decided to be a bit more money conscious and just get the steelbook premium edition instead via Amazon. I was tempted with the Limited edition but wooooo that’s a lot for just shipping, particularly when the steelbook has free shipping and costs the same as the purely digital copy… at least I get a fun metal box and a lanyard!

This is just disappointing. Why the wait on shipping this product? It’s a bunch of stuff plus a digital code that can easily be disabled until release day. I have no idea why they partnered with Aerosoft, to begin with. Europe delays and they get a free month of gamepass, but no words on our orders that appear to also be delayed. I should not need to pay for gamepass when my pre-order isn’t being sent.

No. This has been mishandled from the very beginning. I hope MS learns the lesson and chooses a different partner going forward. Aerosoft has clearly let down those of us who paid the most for this sim.

This is the worst part. If I’m not going to get it on release day, give me an option for ground shipping and save a TON of money.

I got my steel box whatever it’s called copy from Target. I’m in NYC and mine is arriving on time in the morning. via UPS. what can brown do for you.

(the code doesn’t even need to be disabled, the game will only install the stub like everyone else who’s using gamepass. Sounds like they had some sort of terrifically bad logistics issue that they apparently never dealt with correctly)

I’ll be honest, at this point disks are almost worthless. Half the consoles can’t use them, and you don’t get cross purchasing (ie an xbox and microsoft store copy). That, modern game dev meaning games need patches because of their complexity, and because the disks frequently no longer carry much if any of the game data, they act as glorified physical game keys instead.
So I’m FedEx I see there were six yes six created labels for upcoming pen and shipments. This only happened recently and other people who have ordered the collector’s edition also see all these labels being created. The worst part they have to keep redoing the labels because it was originally put as yes let me tell you the truth people FedEx ground 3 Day. Based on weight of the package and it matches the extra cost is $14 not 43 so they’re going to be compensating us not only for arriving late but for charging more on shipping than it’s worth and scamming people. Microsoft and Aerosoft better get their act together because we put trust into ordering this special collector’s edition to support them and they stab Us in the back
