We’re closing other threads on this topic just in order to try to keep things orderly on the forums. Normally when an outage like this occurs we get many users creating new threads without searching the forums to see if an already existing thread is in place.
I’m acutely aware of the timescale for this particular issue. I’m sorry I’m unable to share details as to specifically what took place to cause the Live Weather outage, however it was investigated as a matter of urgency yesterday and a fix is being worked on as I type this message!
I’ll make sure to keep our Online Services Monitoring page up to date as the status of this issue progresses, and will check back in on this thread later when I hear more about any potential resolutions.
