Temperature in MSFS is 17°C, the rest is OK.

Had no live weather again tonight, this time at KSAN. It was even the first flight, still no luck…
Weird, I have no problems getting live weather 
with multiplayer turned off, I have to go to the weather tab on the world map and reset “custom” to “live” weather after each flight, though.
May I ask you to try an airport with a high elevation, like KTEX for instance?
Even though I’m not the one who’s jumping through hoops to finally get live weather working, I followed the “official” instructions and also another instruction from the forum to start my flight. Both times I’m getting the same:
KTEX 091255Z AUTO 13007KT 10SM CLR 07/M10 A3034 (www.aviationweather.gov)
GAME: OAT 31 °C, A3010, 18005KT. I’m sorry, that’s simply not acceptable.

EDIT: Changing to EDDF afterwards (same session) and selecting “custom weather” in the menu actually gave me matching conditions after changing to live weather on the runway. Back at KTEX it’s the same thing as before.

Dont think so. They even stand behind turbo engines, and in front of proppelers. What is a lightning for them?

They advertised “live weather”, not “real weather”. They talked about the thing I’m expecting in their partnership series episode with Meteoblue. And live conditions (within acceptable limits) are absolutely essential when flying online (VATSIM, IVAO, pilotedge etc.). And VATSIM has also been featured in there partnership series–so it should be feasible to use it as advertised, shouldn’t it?
“A few hours delayed” is also not applicable to my example shown before: KTEX didn’t have 31 °C yesterday or the day before.

The 31°C is an additional bug to the delayed weather. If you listen to the ATIS (or, for that matter, automated weather report) at KTEX it will actually tell you a different, much lower temperature.
At sea level airports, the indicated temperature and the one given by ATC are the same.
I’ve already submitted a bug report concerning this.
Concerning the delay, it’s a different story, not completely sure about it yet. In Europe, it seems to be rather real-time while in the US the delay is quite large.
But… which delay are you talking about?!
Those are the METAR reports for KTEX from the last 72 hours. If the temperature was indeed a bug and if there was a delay, why would the pressure not match at some point in the past? It’s also far off the charts compared to the game (■■■■, I can only upload images):
