In Boston snowing since mid day - live weather appears its snowing in sim a bit but ground is green like summer ?
Also I cant change time of day and retain the live weather why not ?
If I change the time of day it should be still snowing as it has been all day ?

You will probably have to wait until the snow has built up - it also depends on whether this area is included in the snow cover data.
I would also check that everything is set to LIVE !
Live weather changes together with the time change - it will probably only be possible to separate historical weather from real time with the next updates !

I waited a long time for snow never happened when I launched sim at 11:00pm it had been snowing for 5 hours real time before 11:00 pm - we got about 4" of snow
