ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Storms and/or precipitation appear to be non-existent while flying off shore. Storms close to the shore or over land are ok (much improved lately thank you!) but then suddenly drop off once getting 10+ NM out to sea.
Did you experience this issue before you joined the Beta? Sometimes, but now it is always.
Provide specific location or coordinates: Over gulf of Mexico or Atlantic Ocean where real world weather showing pretty large storm cells over the area. I did not test other oceans but these two areas for now.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time now. Testing other areas of the oceans as well.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Start game in any area and either fly to the location of storms over sea/ocean or click on area in main menu map to enter game in that area (fly now)
- Large storm systems appear to be ok (storms over ~200NM in diameter), this is affecting the smaller but still significant size storms over sea areas. (i.e. isolated storm cells <~200 NM in diameter). The size is very subjective and needs further testing.

Area #3 - Off US East Coast, storm cell(s) non existent in live weather. ~126 NM diameter.
Area #4 - Middle Atlantic Ocean, storm cell(s) are shown live weather. ~735NM diameter.
