Oh, so you can just create the file yourself!
That I didn’t know. Yes I have it in FS2020, I’ll copy it over, edit, and see how it works in my side.
Spad.next is already configured, but it won’t hurt to get know other options.
Cheers!

I am having the same problem with Avionics Switch and Fuel pump not working with Logitech panel running with Spad.next. Everything else works fine. Any solutions?
Just saw this video and it looks to be a solution. Actually uses the avionics switch as an example. I’ll try this tonight to see if it works.
Yup this fixed it!

A quick, and simple way to get all your Logitech panels working.
• I tried to put this on flightsim.to, but they didn’t want it…here’s what i did to get everything working. If you used the default install locations on your PC. Copy and paste the text below into notepad and save it as “any name you want.bat” Mine is Flightsim.bat. saved to my desktop. double click it and it will activate the Logitech panels, and start Flightsim 2024.
@echo off
cd "C:\XboxGames\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Content”
start FlightSimulator2024.exe
cd "C:\Program Files\Logitech\Microsoft Flight Simulator Plugin"
start LogiMicrosoftFlightSimulator.exe --run --force
exit
I was frustrated about non working Saitek / Logitech Panels (Radio, Multi, Switch) in MSFS2024 until I enabled Saitek Panels in the Pull Down Menu of Axis and Ohs. This completely solved the Issue for me.
That’s exactly how I did it too. Works better than with Saitel/Logitech drivers
The latest version of FIMS (Flight Instrument Management System) for MSFS (& XP at X-Plane.org) adds MSFS2024 support for all Saitek Panels
Just reminder for people rolling into this thread who haven’t actually READ the thread: this problem occurs because the Logitech plug-in app isn’t running, And it isn’t running because when you install it, it’s not been updated to be aware of and look for an FS2024 installation and create or amend the FS2024 exe.xml file to auto-load it when the sim launches.
There are several possible easy solutions that don’t require any third-party middleware or utilities: you can manually start the plug-in; you can run the sim with a batch file that also loads the plug-in when you load the sim; or you can edit the sim’s exe.xml file (or create it if it doesn’t already exist).
Instructions for all of the above are detailed up-thread.
And I am having tha same problem and looking for a solution but with no luck still. Avionics and fuel pump are not working and I cannot see these peripherials in game.
Its also worth noting that you don’t have to start the plugin before you fire up the simulator. You can run the plugin when you’re in a flight and your flight panels will all come to life and work just fine. They do for me anyway.
Did you set them up yourself or did you find a good snippet ?
First I copied the one O’Reilly made some time ago, then I edited some positions I didn’t use in the lower buttons, to add, maps zoom in and out and another position to manage the MDF menus and such, it’s so flexible.
So the top one is radios and nav, and the bottom one, Transponder, Maps Zoom and MDF Knobs.
I’m wondering, perhaps if I send it to you, it will work as well out of the box?
Cheers!
Much apprechiated but not at the moment. I am still in the process of “recalibrating” my peripherals to 2024 and will have a look at them in SPAD myself first. I may get back to you though so thank you for the offer !
No problem, glad to help, always.
Cheers!

If you installed the game in other than the default location you’ll need to edit the bat file, and change the path to the game. Here’s the text

You don’t necessarily need a batch file, if you do it like in 2020 with an edited exe.xml file.
What bugs me more is that apparently, some event names have changed and made some of the switches unresponsive for certain planes.
On my Windows 11 system - non Steam - I had to right click ‘Run As Administrator’ the shortcut to the Logitech EXE mentioned above. Double clicking the shortcut NEVER worked , but now my switch panel lights up as soon as you enter a free flight or activity. BTW you must remove any exe.xml references for this to work. Switch panel does not show up in the Controls menu however , only the yoke … so you cannot re-program it , but at least it works sort of …
