Hi @Pilotfirst9999 ,

Thank you for this report. We’ve moved your topic into the User Support Hub.

The Bug Reporting Hub is for posting suspected or confirmed bugs that other users are able to reproduce without duplicating an existing bug report. Using the template or providing all the relevant information about your bug and sim setup is required in order to provide valuable information, feedback, and replication steps to our test team.

If you are not sure if your issue is a bug or need further input from the community, please use the User Support Hub category. If the community can replicate your issue, first search the Bug category to see if there’s an existing topic. If it already exists, contribute to that report. Duplicate bug reports will be closed.

If you believe it is a new report and no duplicate exists, then create a new bug topic using the provided topic template.

All issues caused by or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. Assure that no addons/mods are used when reporting issues in Bug Reports.

The only duplicate I could find was one in a 2020 post from years ago. Nothing came up for 2024. I don’t think a USER Support HUB is the right place for this. I do not need support - it is a graphics issue. Any 3rd party add on, if that is what you call items purchased through the marketplace, is licenced by Asobo. If this is not a bug, you may delete it as I am not going through a whole process of telling a developer the airplanes bottom is stuck in a building. I bought this and MSFS 2024, I do not have to do the work of getting it fixed. Not my job, its ASOBOS job to manage the licensees.

It’s a default airport and everyone that does not have a third party addon is seeing exactly the same execrable model that you do.
At EGLC, aircraft do not even park that way round, let alone embedded in a building.

Thanks for the positive feedback on my part. Try telling the moderator it is a bug and not a 3rd party add on issue AND that it should be a bug report as I originally chose - sometimes I think they are deliberately moving things out of bug reports so there is one less issue they have to deal with - mind you, they have made a massive … up last night with their 8Gb update nonesense, wiping out everyone’s community folders of those who have been helping them in Beta1 - thats the way to do it Asobo - give everyone who has been helping you a kick in the derrier!

As a volunteer moderator, I can assure you that there is no such type of instructions from MS/Asobo to lower the number of bug reports.
The only conditions for a bug report to be valid and stay in that category are:

  • Assure that no addons/mods are used when reporting issues in Bug Reports
  • Provide enough information in the template in order for devs and users to be able to reproduce the issue

Regarding your issue: I did a test (without addons) and can reproduce it with traffic airport quality (static aircraft) set to high:

The root cause is that 2 parking spots (Parking 1 & 2) are defined in a building, they should not be there:

My recommendation:
Report the issue in the main bug report thread related to Airports/Helipads issues, using the instructions that come in OP 1st post: MSFS 2024 Airport / Helipad Issue Tracker

Thanks for doing the checking, I appreciate that. I’m afraid you are asking me to shift things around and as I have mentioned many times in my posts I am not very aware of how to do tricky computing things. I can do basics - so once they are moved I can’t or rather dont know how to change it. It would be appreciated if you could move it but if you would rather not - leave it how it is. I tried…

I have reported the issue: MSFS 2024 Airport / Helipad Issue Tracker - #531 by DementedCorn327
Hopefully it will be fixed in one of the next sim Update :slightly_smiling_face:.
