Low bandwidth Message - Connection Lost - Switched Offline

Still massive connection problems. The sim is unplayable since days for a growing number of paying customers.

It’s probably not the game, but the servers you are connected to. I’m not getting this myself. I’m in the UK.

completly unplayable…

impossible to fly…

Just out of interest, for those having this issue, have you tried a VPN?

I would be interested to know what happens if you choose an egress point that is in another country than you are located. My theory would be that this would connect you to a different set of MS servers.

He would you finally fix it?!?!?!?! I`m really getting mad now!! Everyday the same ■■■■!

This now is now an issue for me after SU9…among many other problems, which is a shame as i generally have not major issues with Sim Updates until now :frowning:

Me either. They BLEW IT releasing this update. Nothing but issues here, after getting a relatively stable platform, SU9 broke the sim as far as I’m concerned…

Issue still going on

Just stated to get this issue of losing connection every few minutes. I’ve been using MSFS for 18 months and never ever had issues with the connection, then suddenly, (after the last update), at the end of my 2hr flight, while taxiing to the gate I started get the connection lost box pop up. Thought it was just a one off issue, but in the very next flight I did, right from the start I was getting constantly disconnected and then reconnected.

now I can’t even start a flight. Loading bar goes to 100% and then hangs forever.

What a broken product after SU9

I’ve had a couple of similar experiences since SU9.
It happened again this morning and so I decided to VPN to USA and try again. I’m in the UK.
This time it worked, possibly one of the fastest load times ever. Started a flight and about 10 minutes in guess what?
Oh yes you guessed right the low bandwidth message again.
I’m giving up until they sort this mess out.

Delete rolling cache and turn it off…and fly…!!!

I haven’t used rolling cache in nearly a year now.

after deleting, it works normally for 2 hours

Did not work for me.

I confirm. The proposed work around does not always work. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t. A real fix is really needed. Never had these problems before, for me, it started after SU9. Tonight is very bad for me. It’s really unplayable currently.

With rock solid fully cabled 400 meg broadband am now losing connection every few minutes and seems worse than ever.
Sim virtually unplayable now with these constant message interrupts.
Would really help if there was some way of supressing the messages.

I’ve been getting this ‘dropped’ warning too. It happens repeatedly on some flights. I thought it was related to the downed servers at the weekend, but they are back now and I still see these dropped then reconnected messages. Very annoying. I didn’t get them prior to SU9, so I’m left wondering if it was the SU that introduced these.
I’ve not found a solution and I don’t use Google plugin that is marked as the solution here and my hosts file looks very ‘default’.
There has to be a solution other than clearing the same message several times a flight.

Ya know I wonder now that I read that article on Xbox and DRM (xbox drm servers went down over the weekend, and are still being worked on), if this is alot of what you all are experiencing. After reading the article it sure sounds like it.
