Many Titles Showing "Not Installed" in Marketplace

So, I have 74 different titles showing up as “Not Installed” in the MSFS Marketplace. I haven’t checked each one, but many of them I know for sure are in fact installed. Many of them I didn’t even purchase through the marketplace, but rather an outside source. They are installed. Any ideas how to remedy this?

Edit: Sorry, not in MSFS Marketplace, but rather content manager.
