I am on the Sim Update 1 Beta and it looks like there is finally some movement in getting SU1 pushed out. I received a pop up stating that marketplace content is now available within my library…
Anyone else?
That just means items you purchased in 2020 have been copied over. You can enable some of them and use them in 2024 now.

Well its the first time I’ve received that pop up plus i`ve just read that this has happened to others today.
I’ve received this off and on for a couple of months. The message is nothing new overall, but I do know that some developers very recently (as of today or yesterday in one case) have made their FS2020 addons “approved” for FS2024, namely Flysimware. This likely causes that message to appear.

Nah. There is definitely something going on behind the scenes. Would not surprise me if SU1 is released today.

It was released today (about 20 minutes ago, I think.) That said, this message is not new. I’ve encountered it for ages. It shows up any time an addon from FS2020 was made compatible and is approved by the creator (I think the latter part is also true, but not sure.) I rarely find the one it’s talking about though. It’s annoying that it doesn’t tell you WHAT is now available. I have over 1,000 addons in my list since it counts things in my Community folder, and narrowing it down with the provided filters isn’t as helpful as I expected.

Ah, I’ll eat my words here in part. I have seen this message before but I just booted up into SU1 and got the message as well. I don’t own any Flysimware addons via the MP, so it’s not that either. I’m not sure what addons they’re suggesting I can now enable. I’ll keep poking around but it might just appear for everyone today?
Ahh, did you partake in the SU1 Beta? If not this obviously explains me thinking that something was coming although, SU1 is now released but without the MP. I have heard that the team are just making sure that everything is good to go then it’ll go live! Hope SU1 is a better experience for you, It has been very stable for me.
Yeah, I’ve been in the SU1 beta. So far it’s been a good experience! Looking forward to the Marketplace release, and hoping that it brings with it updates to the Local Legends/Famous Flyers that still don’t work.
SU2 should focus minds, There is so much more to fix.

It should, if you click at homescreen upper right where there is a bell icon (notifications).
At least I got it showing what new things I have from 2020 that are now in 2024, they showed in My library but weren’t downloadable still.
