ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
The medium cargo mission is bugged that I can only start this kind of mission at midnight, no matter what kind of aircraft I choose, and no matter where I depart.
This bug has been mentioned in another topic, which has been moved to user support hub. See this topic here. I made this topic again because now I’m pretty sure this is a bug.

According to a finding by @Diablohu ,when you move the time axis in career mode world map, the starting time should not be changed, but medium cargo mission will.
Other players only have this issue for aircraft type of PC-24, but for me all the aircraft I own suffers with this issue, including Cessna 208, PC-12 and PC-24.
This problem happens mostly for players in Australia and China. It seems this bug is related to time zone. Players in Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea may suffer too.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Every time.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Enter career mode.
- Find a medium cargo mission, no matter in employee or freelancer. (I used to reproduce this issue no matter where I depart, but before I send this post, I can only reproduce it for missions departing from Asia and Oceania. I failed to reproduce it in the east coast of USA and west Europe)
- You may change the time axis before entering the mission, and you will find that it does not make sense.
- You will find you will be in a dark environment at night.
- (For testers, perhaps you need to change your system time zone to UTC+8 to UTC+11 to reproduce it)
- It is very usual to find that the airport the mission come from or come to has no light at all.

A medium cargo mission, starting at midnight, departing from Vietnam.
When you move the time axis, the starting time will be changed, which should not happen. However, even if you make it staring at daytime, you will be started at night after entering the mission.
No matter how you change the time before starting the mission, you will be started at night.
