I see alot of people saying how medium cargo missions are some of the best paying missions in career mode.
How do you get past the initial gold medium cargo mission that opens up other medium cargo missions on the map? With a 40+ crosswind I can’t handle this. I have crabbed in planes in strong crosswinds before, but at a 40 knot crosswind your not crabbing your literally coming in sideways.
I dont remember having such a crosswind. You could try to play with the live weather slider, maybe it will have a better weather.
Go to settings, online, and turn off live weather and fly the mission if you are having issues.
Isn’t the weather in this particular mission pre-scripted?
Just try it, I believe that’s what I did. It has been a while.

I forgot to add make sure you switch to offline before selecting the mission.
I actually managed to land it personally, with the rediculous wind.
Not gonna lie, took me, hmmmm, at least 6 attempts?
This did the trick. Thank you very much. Only downside was there was no weather at all. Not a single cloud and not even so much as a gentle breeze, but that is better than a 40kt crosswind.
That is the downside to turning weather off. Glad it worked for you.

I also needed several tries, but after changing from crab method to wing low I made it with only a few close calls to nearly striking my wings on the asphalt
