Required:
Home WiFi
Cellphone capable of providing hotspot with 4G/5G connection

1.) Disconnect your headset from your home wifi
2.) Turn off your phone’s WiFi connection to your home wifi. Turn on hotspot
3.) Connect your headset to your phone’s hotspot.
4.) Check for update.

YMMV but this worked IMMEDIATELY for me

This worked for me as well.

Set your hotspot, restart headset, ensure it connects (quest) to hotspot first when it starts up again.

Or sign up for BETA software, reboot, leave BETA program, Q2 updates straight away.

Saying that, I’m running latest BETA without issue.
