I accidently sign-in to the Locked Account by Microsoft; when i click cancle it bring me back to press to start screen, then the signing in window. The problem is when i click on sign in it still get Your email had been locked. There’s no way i can change my sign-in email the the previous one. Please help : (
The reason i did singn out from the previous account(which is this account) is that i cannot purchse addon in Marketplace.So i want to try another email. : )
Respectfully, what is on your configuration that MS is saying “non-compliance?” It’s not that we don’t want to help, but in order to help, we need the full story.
What do you think happened that caused you to get locked?
I suspect the Compliance Check is seeing something with your licensing that it doesn’t like? But tell us what’s going on there.
i dont use this email for many years because it’d been lock. The problem is i cannot return to the page where i can put the new email in, even i deleted the rollingcache.ccc or UserCfg.opt . or i need to reinstall the game.

Assuming you’re using the same current e-mail that you want to use, you may need to sign out of MS-Windows Store, any and all XBox Live applications on the PC and online. Then sign back in.
This is likely similar to the “Marketplace Grayed Out” solution where people have to find any and all MS Store and Xbox logins, log out of them, and then log back in the same order, ending with the login when you launch Flight Simulator.

Yeah, Microsoft seems to use some really shaky automated banning function. I got my account deactivated at some point shortly after creating it, I think it cited terms of service violation or something. Between creating the account and the deactivation, the only place I had knowingly signed in to with the account was Skype and the only thing I had used the account for in Skype was couple of calls with elder relatives. 
Might be because one of them used a VPN that her anti-virus software provider managed to sell her?
But it was easy to reactivate it, I just logged on to some account management website Microsoft had and clicked something to reactivate it. It seems like the algorithm has been behaving since.
I don’t know if you have the Windows Store or Steam version of MSFS? Would it help to log-out and back in to the Windows Store? I’m not able to check if it resets the e-mail for you since I have the Steam version and I always delete the Windows Store together with all other bloatware immediately

Hi, I have a steam version, untill now i still cannot play MSFS. It’s been a week now. When i click sign in to the game it still remain my locked email. : (

sorry for the late replay, i’d got the email back from customer support. So i just need to use another microsoft account to login to my window and login steam and open msfs. Now i can type in my old xbox account and get in to the game again ; )
