I also noticed a lot of airports ground crew, trucks and taxi’ing planes, all look like Minecraft object unless you walk up, or zoom in to about a few feet from it, then it’s good.
agreed on bush flying, looks great, and the remote areas got updated imagery or just better quality. but urban areas are lacking/delayed. but even more so is the blurryness. it’s just tanks the enjoyment and realism. I went back to 2020 after some time in 2024 this morning & it’s night and day better in 2020. tho I hope 2024 gets there, ideally soon, because both sims offer great things but mutually exclusive as of now.
That’s your experience, but it’s not mine. I did a 4 hour flight a week or so ago in the Grumman Albatross, from PAKT to KSEA. Things worked great for me for the entire flight. That was prior to the most recent patch, but whatever. The point stands. shrug
If you have the opportunity to play it on game pass now for two weeks for $1, I recommend you do it. It’s a great test to see whether it’s worth it for you or whether you should wait.
After the initial launch I was doubtful but the patch and the ability to now use Nvidia filters has made it much better for me. I generally only fly small GA aircraft so right now it’s worth the purchase for me. When my trial runs out shortly, I will be buying it.
I am pushing my RTX2070Super to the edge with Ultra’s and 4K and 64 GB RAM using frame-gen, but it seems like after the 3rd patch I’ve lost about 1/3 of my fps range. About to try graphics overclocking .
