No, I still have freezes when exiting a flight with an inibuilds plane.
And the 2D toolbar is gone after exiting VR.

I’m sure it’d be easier to test if the patch notes didn’t say “fixed various crashes” or “various airports”. Would be nice if it’d be more specific.

program exe files doesnt shut down after exit. keeps running in the background on my computer using CPU load and increasing ram usage by the second.
havent experienced this before so:

Much better! It’s like a throwing dirty piece of bone to starving dog. Thousands of bugs which must be urgently fixed are still with us, developers now have a lot of money to enjoy holidays, everybody is happy.
And I’m pretty sure this “patch” will also bring new bugs like the previous one did.

Working just fine here. Always reboot after installing update and before launching MSFS 2024.

Lights are still point down on Vision jet, it says they fixed some lights, on what planes?

using steam. and yes i never had this issue before either. hoping its just a single case. there is of course no reason to reboot my computer after installing a steam game update on steam.

I do not see improvements at London Heathrow EGLL, unfortunately.
Still lots of stutters, apparently no difference.
Will check other places.

I was able to activate my Newark, NJ Airport scenery.
Under My Library, FS2020. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
how do you get it to download? it’s not for me on xbox

Other than the airport stuttering thing being fixed, biggest change I’m seeing, which wasn’t mentioned in the patch notes, is that 2020 marketplace-purchased airports can now be enabled again!!!

Got the update for Windows on the Microsoft Store half an hour ago.
I just started FS2024.
The download started automatically.

If you have not already, quit the sim and restart it. It should download on the way in. If not, reboot the box and try again. It downloaded pretty fast here. Good luck

CYYZ & CYVR stutters (rubber banding when taxiing) are now gone. You will occasionally get the odd stutter when you pan quickly but that is normal in both 2024 and 2020.

Pretty under the radar! Anyhow about to test them, see if anything that wasn’t working a few weeks ago suddenly is.
