Thatās a major part of flying. Isnāt that almost like deactivating your engine or elevators?
Got the oprion to enable my airports now that were disabled thanks for that about to try them all out. Most worked ok.

There is:
Turn off Voices at Sound Settings, turn off speech communication at Onlineā¦ and one other i think (but forgot)
I use BeyondATC instead of default ATC.
Human eyes cannot see above 70ish fps at the upper rangeā¦

Long loading time fixed, now back to 3 minutes or so, and stuttering video intro that played as sim loads also fixed, now smooth.
Paid airport addon now available.
Maybe not, but you can definitely feel how much smoother things are going from 60fps to 100+.
Is it normal that I have 1.2.8 but there was no update download when I started the sim?

You have the store version or steam? I didnāt have an update when starting the sim either, but I did have a 655.9mb update on Steam.
Loading time still the same around 20 minutes to the main screen.
Store version. If I check the app versione it says 1.2.8 bit no update was downloaded
My MSFS 2024 1.2.8.0 experience - 6/10 times of menu initiation or fight load ends with CTD.
So far itās much smoother performance wise for me at 3rd party (streamed) airport EGPD with traffic & using the Ini A321. Will try using Fenix later. Liking this update so far though especially with FS2020 airports available to stream now.
Yeah, thereās less stuff in 2024 thatās downloaded locally thatās not part of the actual game/app package the Store or Steam manages for you. So more updates wonāt include a download stage on first launch anymoreā¦ this one didnāt for me either.
