Does anyone know if these midi controllers will work?

Iike these because they have a lot of faders in addition to buttons, which I want to map to keypresses for flaps, spoilers, etc. But does software recognize them and provide distinct keypresses rather than axis sliding?
I also have a chance to get a
Novation launchpad mini mk 2
which is all buttons, but I read some people have problems getting the mk 3 recognized, not sure if this problem exists with the mk 2.
