Seeing as Sergio Del Rosso’s (BidImpala169680) freeware Milford Sound is now compatible with Orbx’s payware NZ Mesh, I took the opportunity to test out the scenery with Parorng’s No-Pod C208EX.
This route connects the tourist mecca of Milford Sound (NZMF) at the bottom of New Zealand’s South Island with the closest settlement to the north, being the small West Coast township of Haast (NZHT). No roads directly join these two locations, so the journey must be made by air or sea.
The flight plan is uploaded to worldtour.flights for anyone wanting to recreate the flight. I recommend setting your sim time to mid afternoon, weather theme to mid level clouds, and cruising no lower than 5500 feet. Enjoy!
