Is the beta available for forum members by now as was announced earlier?
The person who does the installers is off at real life job. So we’re having to wait.

Edit: I am lost and confused. The version I mentioned is for the C310, not the Porter. The porter has no new beta yet.
Who did the installer for the 310 update?
The PC-6 installer is being done right now and it will go up into the forums in the next little bit.
Now, I will step away from this because it’s obvious y’all hate me.

I have read the posts here but I’m a little confused. I read about an “imminent release” and now “it’s up”. But then a lot of posts about a beta/RC going up in the forums.
So is it a beta that has been released or the full Phase II product?
Who has time for real life jobs?
It is a beta, not the full release. Their forum post is very clear on that point. That being said, a beta is better than nothing!
Haven’t had time for a proper flight, but a quick look confirms it looks fantastic!

. This is definitely going back to being one of my most flown birds (sorry kodiak).
It registers as a new aircraft (well 6 new ones I guess) so you’ll have to copy your cameras/AAO templates etc. AND I noticed it now has state saving for a few thing like tablet and shades. Very nice.

As long as this ‘beta’ doesn’t take as long as, say, the 310 update, which has been in ‘release candidate’ status for like a year or whatever …
Must admit I’m a little annoyed - first they announce “Hey! It’s imminent! It’s almost here!” and then they say, “yep it’s a beta, and you can get only on the forums” (I’ve got my PC-6 via Orbx … )

As I understand you can install the beta even though you have the plane from Orbx.
That should work… maybe.

One question: the flap switch don‘t move if i switch my joystick button. That was also the case with the glass panel.
