I can’t comm with ATC. When I bring up the menu bar at the top and click on the tower, all it does is open a drop down that says Scroll Lock, and the ATC window never opens. Tried hitting the scroll lock key alone and with shift and control, but nothing works. Have ATC delegated to AI in options. Can hear but can’t reply.
On the right side of that top ribbon there should be a gear icon or something - click that, hit reset windows, and see if that fixes the issue

I just reinstalled the sim and have the same problem. No ATC for some reason, it worked for me since launch without an issue until reinstall.
Did you manage to fix it ?

me ocurre el mismo problema. No logro poder poner el icono del ATC en la barra de herramientas, aparece bloqueado.

gracias ya logre ponner mi ATC en mi cuenta premium. LLevo meses sin el ATC no sabia como arreglarlo. encontre la solucion aqui en este foro:
1 MENU OPCIONES ir a ASISTENCIA
2 poner ASISTENCIA TOTAL, le damos a aplicar y guardar
3 HACEMOS UN VUELO DE UNOS 3 - 5 MINUTOS
4 le damos a ESC volvemos al menu de ASISTENCIA y configuramos ya los valores que nosotros queramos, aplicamos y guardamos. Problema resuelto. un saludo
