Missing De Havilland Canada CL - 415 after preordering MSFS2024

If you have pre-ordered Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and have not yet received the De Havilland Canada CL-415 for use in Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020), please submit a Zendesk support ticket including a screenshot of your pre-order confirmation email and where you made your purchase.

When submitting a Zendesk ticket, please ensure you select “Marketplace and purchase issues” and then select “I haven’t received the Haviland CL-415” from the form as shown in the screenshots below.

When completing the Zendesk form, it’s imperative that you fill in all the required fields. In particular, our Support Agents will not be able to assist you if you don’t properly enter your Gamertag and platform. Thank you.
