I bought Simple Traffic a few weeks ago and now it’s been removed from my set up and no longer available to download on Marketplace.
Anyone else had this happen?
How or who do I see about a refund?

It is pulled from the Xbox marketplace due to multiple bugs in the software. If owned, it will still work even though it was pulled.
