Mission - Getting stuck in forced ATC IFR/squawk communication which blocks answering ATC landing comms and breaks mission logic [SU5]

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
IFR communications are enforced even if I select VFR in EFB and send it to ATC in mission start menu.
IFR comms interfere with landing procedures and cause bugs in mission logic sometimes preventing mission from finishing.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

90% of times.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Start VIP charter mission in asia.

2. in mission start screen open EFB, go to Flight Details tab and change IFR to VFR.

3. Skip everything to runway and take off, then gain altitude and skip (Alt-N) to approach.

4. After loading screen you will appear approaching airport. Wait for message “press Enter to contact arrival tower and request landing“

5. press Enter - nothing happens.

6. open COM1 or COM2 menu (SCRLK). You will see that IFR communication is in progress and cannot be exited. It makes other communications stuck and often breaks mission ending.

After the last patch the reproduction rate is 100%. After Alt-N skipping in mission it teleports me to the approach for landing and always bugs out with “reset transponder”, even if I submit VFR plan to ATC. Also I cannot contact arrival tower for landing as comms stuck in broken squawk loop.
