Mixed textures in ground at default airport DX12 Beta

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:

Happens on DX12 renderer only. No in-game settings other than the Direct mode fixes it. I have tried the other workarounds also, but those doesn’t really fix it. Just makes them appear less sometimes, but that frequency is variable for me anyway even without trying those steps. With taking the drone to go to a higher level and moving around fixes this temporarily but the missing tiles may appear in other areas of the airport as I taxi out or take off.

I ssem to have seen this only in origin airports, I don’t remember seeing this ever in destination airport or even upon landing on the same airport. But that testing hasn’t been controlled and not sure if others will have the same symptom.

Also, this happens in only airports for me, where there are polygons filled with custom / default materials to hide the satelite imagery. This does not happen in other areas where we are already seeing the bing map textures. There are some localised missing / broken tile issues in bing data imagery too but those are consistent with exactly where they appear and happens in DX 11 too. So not due to this issue probably, I have seen those since the beginning of MSFS.
